Yes! Finally, it's Avengers Endgame week. The movie which has already premiered will be out in cinemas on Friday.
The long awaited conclusion to the previous Avengers movie, Infinity wars is ready to hit the theatres. The movie which is one of the most anticipated movies of 2019, will now feature new Marvel Superhero, Captain Marvel, and also Ant Man, who got trapped in the Quantum Realm. It will also feature the other stars who were still alive at the end of the Infinity Wars.
A quick recap of events in Infinity Wars.
First up, Thanos killed Loki in one of the first scenes of the movie. Also Thor got a new hammer, he tried to use it to kill Thanos but hits the wrong place and Thanos, himself let's him know as he tells him "You should have gone for the head". At that point, Thanos had already collected all infinity stones, killing Vision to get the last one.
He also killed his daughter, Gamora, from Guardians of Galaxy to retrieve an infinity stone.
After getting the infinity stones, Thanos snaps his fingers and uses it to wipe out half of the humans in the universe. He clearly believed in what he was doing.
During the wiping out, some of the Avengers also "dissappear" into thin air. Spiderman, Winter Soldier, Scarlet Witch, Doctor Strange, Star-Lord, Groot, Drax, Mantis among others were part of the "disintegrated". The most painful of them being Spiderman as he tells Tony Stark, Iron Man,"I don't wanna go. Please, I don't wanna go".
At the end, we get a glimpse of Thanos smiling and watching over his new earth.
The best moment of Infinity wars for me was the moment Thor arrived at the ultimate battle scene and his hammer was just swinging around and doing justice to the enemies.
Fast forward to Endgame, the Avengers now have to take fight back and get everything back to normal. "Whatever it takes". The final trailer shows the Avengers gearing up for battle against Thanos. Captain Marvel, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Captain America, Iron Man, Thor are part of the team that will hope to get back at Thanos.
The Avengers Endgame will air for 3 hours being the longest Marvel Cinematic Universe movie. Whether the Avengers will get back their friends and win the battle against Thanos, which we all hope, is yet to be known.
Watch out for the movie in the Cinemas on Friday.
